MRCL Sylvan Wood
Ramohalli area, off Mysore Road. The Regrob short describes a gated layout with internal roads and about 48% open area. Ask what is counted as open space and which services are working at the plot. Confirm the revenue village and survey numbers from the sanctioned plan, and request the signed layout approval and applicable plot release documents before relying on an approval claim.
Arohana Serenity

It lists landscaped space, internal roads and drainage. The August 2025 date in the video has passed. Ask for the current completion and handover records, layout approval and release status for the specific plot.

- 4 BHK triplex: 3,700 sq ft; ₹3.73 crore onwards in the supplied videos.
